Q.What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently, we accept cash. Some hotels will allow you to charge our services to your room.
Q. What will a pet sitter do during visits with my pets?
Visits will usually consist of walking your dog, providing fresh water, feeding, playtime, plenty of attention for your pet.
Q. Are there restrictions weight, height breed?
We will accommodate any pets that your hotel accepts.
Q. What is your policy on reservations?
Because our services are in great demand, we made as far in advance as possible, especially for major holidays. However, we understand that life happens and unexpected trips come up. In these cases, we will make every effort to accommodate you.
Q. How long will the pet sitter visit with my pets?
We will stay as long as you need us. We do have and minimum on weekends and holidays.
Q. Can you care for my pet overnight or for any length of our stay?
Yes, we provide this service at your place or ours.
Q. Do you require that my pets have their vaccinations?
We highly recommend it for the safety and health of your pets.
Q. If my pet becomes ill while I'm away, how will that be handled?
DSE has veterinarians available 24/7. Upon engaging our services, we will ask you for a release form allowing the local vets to care for your pet in the event of an emergency.
Q. Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. We carry $10,000 liability insurance and we are licensed and bonded. We can provide our certificates upon request.
Q. Do you have references?
Yes. We encourage you to visit our website where we have testimonials and references from some of our many satisfied customers.
Q.What is the DSE cancellation Policy?
Because our sitters are in such great demand, we require a notice of cancellation. If cancellation is given within less than 8 hours, there will be a 25% service charge. If Payment is paid in full in advance, there is no refund available for cancellations.
Q. Is a gratuity mandatory?
Gratuity is optional but always appreciated.
